Location Intelligence is a web-based application software that, based on position data, creates transparency in production and logistics processes and thus uncovers potential for optimization. Location Intelligence Software Update Service (SUS) Large contains all available updates of the software for 1 year (conditions: see SUS certificate). Technical support service for up to 90 min. per request included. Must not be used in safety-critical applications. Must be purchased together with Location Intelligence Perpetual Large.

- Time Frame: Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase if they are found to be defective. Condition: The product must be in its original condition, with all packaging and documentation, to be eligible for return or exchange.
- Inspection: All returned products will be inspected for defects. To determine if a product is defective, we rely on testing reports from White Horse Laboratories. Defective Product: If a product is determined to be defective based on the White Horse Laboratories report, we will offer a free return or exchange.
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
